A.D. Lisbon Airport & Hotel Transfer 

Terms & Conditions
The booking form requires the identification of a ‘Lead Passenger’.
Where the booking is for more than one person, the Lead Passenger will act as agent and main person for communication for all other persons in the party and accepts on their behalf all of the terms and conditions of A.D. Transfer (s).
A.D. transfer service endeavour to operate a door to door transfer service, however on some occasions this may not be possible due to local restrictions such as pedestrian areas, road closures etc. 
Where these restrictions apply, chauffeur's will drop and collect passenger(s) from the nearest accessible point to your accommodation. 
The Chauffeur(s) will not be responsible for transporting luggage to or from passenger(s) accommodation.
Passenger(s) Airport Arrival; 
Meeting point with our chauffeurs in the arrivals terminal 1.
Official meeting point of the Lisbon airport near the Vodafone store towards the door number 4. 
LISBON AIRPORT MEETING POINT Look for a sign with your name on it at Lisbon airport Meeting Point.
Passenger(s) can meet our Chauffeur's on the right side as you come out of the arrival sliding doors at the Meeting point of Lisbon airport, next to the Vodafone shop inside of the airport.
In the unlikely event you don’t see your driver at the airport, please call the emergency number  (+351) 966 847 838.
Please note that there is a 30 minute window for pick up time. 
For example, if you choose to be picked up at 11:00AM, the driver will be there to pick you up between 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM.

Luggage/Baggage  Allowance and Policy;
Private transfer vehicles have luggage capacity of at 1 suitcase per passenger seat based and 1 smaller item that fit in the passenger lap or foot-well, such as a camera case, handbag or small shoulder bag.
Passenger(s) shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess luggage.
Only this type of luggage is allowed if the passenger(s) exceeds the baggage allowance or carry another type of luggage service will be refused without refund.
Transport of luggage and other belongings is undertaken solely at your risk and under no circumstances can we be held responsible for any loss or damage.
Passenger(s) Airport Arrival Procedure;
Transportation services from the airport, the driver shall wait a maximum of 40 minutes from the time of  after the scheduled arrival time  specified on your voucher.
A.D. Lisbon Airport Transfer is not liable for any additional costs that a late arrival may cause the passenger(s) nor are they liable to refund the original transfer fare to the client.
A.D. Lisbon Airport Transfer not responsible for the consequences of airline or passenger(s) delays, flight reschedules, flight re-routing or flight cancellations.
Any claims of reimbursement should be directed towards the airline concerned.
Hotel, private address Passenger(s) Departure Procedure;
Pick up times are within a 30 minutes window.
Please note that there is a 30 minute window for pick up time. 
For example, if you choose to be picked up at 11:00AM, the driver will be there to pick you up between 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM.

Passenger(s) must be ready for pick up at scheduled time and the pick- up should not be considered as running late until 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time has elapsed.
In the event that the Passenger(s) does not adhere to the pick- up time the chauffeur's will wait for a maximum of five minutes before departing from the Passenger(s) address.
After this time A.D. Lisbon Airport Transfer is no longer responsible for the transfer of the Passenger(s) and reserves the right not to refund the client.
In the unlikely case you don`t meet our driver please call us at the emergency number: (+351) 966 847 838.
At no time is the A.D. transfer responsible for any passenger(s) that misses a flight / train / meeting / rendezvous / connection.
No – Shows
All "no show" transfers whereby the client is not present for pick up ( arrival & pick up ) are to be charged in full by the carrier.
All children will be requested to pay the full fare.
Baby seats are not provided by the carrier.
Child seats
A.D. Lisbon Airport Transfer does not provide child seats .
Passenger(s) that bring their own child seats must take full responsibility for the fitting of the seat & the subsequent safety of the children.
Safety of our passenger(s); 
Our chauffeur's have the obligation to refuse the right the embarkation and remove from the Vehicle passengers who are under the influence of alcoholic beverages, drugs or have incorrect and dangerous behavior with other passengers and with the chauffeur's also if any passenger(s) use durty clothes can affect vehicle seats.
Damage and soiling of the vehicles;
Passengers who soil the interior of a van are liable to an on the spot fine of €250 to cover the cost of valet cleaning.
If the passenger refuses to pay, or has no money with which to pay, then the €250 valet cleaning fee will be taken on the credit card that the client used to make the booking.
Booking amendments & cancellations;
All amendments will be carried out free of charge but must also be made at least 3 days in advance of transfer pick up / arrival time.
A.D. Lisbon Airport Transfer will do its utmost to accommodate the passenger(s) amended request however the carrier reserves the right to refuse any amendment.
Any alteration should be requested, wherever possible, at least three days before the day of the transfer.
Cancellation Charges and Fees
In the event of the passenger(s) cancelling a confirmed booking with A.D. Lisbon Airport Transfer,  will charge a 100% of the total booking cost.
When a passenger(s) has a confirmed booking with  A.D. Lisbon Airport Transfer and for any reason the passenger(s) don't utilise our service, A.D. Lisbon Airport Transfer reserves the right to recover payment of the total booking cost from the client will a no-show from the passenger(s) side.
Cancellations made by us;
In rare instances we may need to cancel your Booking.
In such circumstances you will be refunded in full but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation.
A.D. Lisbon Airport Transfer will not accept liability for missed flights/trains/transport or connections caused by vehicle breakdowns, exceptional or severe weather conditions, snow storms, avalanches etc, accidents or deaths on the road causing delays to the vehicle, vandalism, unforeseen traffic delays, industrial action by third parties, problems caused by other customers, the vehicle being held or delayed by a police officer or government official, Force Majeure (war, civil unrest, terrorism, acts of god, etcother circumstances affecting passenger safety).
In the event of A.D. Lisbon Airport Transfer being unable to deliver the passenger on time and or to their destination, A.D. will not be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred.
Payment;
All purchases of the service provided by the A.D. Lisbon Airport Transfer must be pre-paid .
The passenger(s) must print out his / her confirmation of transfer / voucher , at the time of reservation & hand this to the A.D. Lisbon Airport Transfer, if requested ,at the time of transfer. 
Passenger(s) must ensure that he / she has sufficient print out s / vouchers for the number of transfers required.
All passenger(s) using the A.D. Lisbon Airport Transfer service must be in possession of a confirmation print out / voucher of their reservation. In the event that the passenger(s) does not have a confirmation print out, the carrier reserves the right to refuse transport.
A.D. Lisbon Airport Transfer cannot accept responsability from booking errors like, wrong flight date, time, pickup/dropoff address.
The details on the booking are passenger(s) responsability.

The transport shall be carried out between the points of origin and destination specified on your voucher.
